How we do the work

Layout & measurement

Existing layouts re-marked exactly. New lots laid out to code — stall width, ADA ratios, fire lane offsets, drive-aisle clearances.

Traffic-grade paint

High-build, fast-dry traffic paint in white, yellow, blue and red — meets MUTCD and ADA color standards. Optional thermoplastic on heavy-traffic lots.

Markings beyond stalls

Arrows, stop bars, crosswalks, numbers, 'STOP', 'FIRE LANE', loading zones and full curb painting handled in the same visit.

Frequently asked questions

How long before we can park on fresh lines?

Most traffic paint is dry to walk in 30–60 minutes and ready for cars within a few hours. We schedule overnights or weekends to avoid disrupting your business.

Do you handle ADA / handicap layouts?

Yes — we mark ADA stalls, access aisles and signage locations to current code, including the required ratio of accessible spaces to total stalls.

Should I sealcoat before striping?

If your lot is faded or oxidized, yes. Sealcoat first, then stripe — you get a clean black base, crisper lines, and longer life from both.

Do you stripe smaller lots and private drives?

Absolutely. Churches, small offices, medical buildings, daycares, HOAs and private drives are all welcome — no lot too small.
